relion_tomo_make_optimisation_set

This program creates or, updates, an optimisation set file.

Program arguments:

• --i and/or --p, --t, --mot, --ref<1/2>, --mask and --fsc: input optimisation-set and/or its components (see optimisation set).

• --o: name of the output optimisation set file.
